Why take part?

Last year, 100 Miles in March raised £315,000 thanks to amazing people like you.

The money you raise helps us provide vital information and support. Last year's total could support Mind's Infoline answer over 36,000 calls from people needing our help.

This year - as we all face the cost of living crisis - we hope to be able to support people more than ever.

100 Miles in March is a fundraising challenge for Mind. Join thousands of incredible Mind supporters in taking on 100 miles throughout March. You can complete your miles however you like. Run, walk, or a bit of both! The important thing is getting out and moving for better mental health.

The first step is to is join our Facebook Group, then click the link in the pinned post to officially register. You can also register without joining the Facebook group.

Once you've registered, a Facebook fundraising page will be created for you and you can begin sharing it with your friends and family. We'll also send you out a t-shirt and mile tracker to keep on top of your daily achievements.

Facebook fundraisers are a fantastic way to share your cause with family and friends. We've made it as easy as possible to set one up in just a few clicks after completing this quick registration form.

Yes, of course! We receive 100% of donations from Facebook but we have also created a way to fundraise specifically for 100 miles in March on Just Giving.

If someone wants to donate to your challenge and doesn’t have Facebook, the best thing is to collect their donation offline. You can then donate it directly to your fundraiser yourself. Alternatively, you can collect offline donations by printing off one of our forms

You will receive a free Mind t-shirt only after you have setup a fundraiser. To do this you will need to complete this form and click on the 'setup fundraiser' button at the bottom. It can take between 10-14 days to receive your t-shirt after creating a fundraiser, so thank you for your patience.

Unfortunately, this isn't possible. 100 miles in March is a fundraising event and as a charity we aim to provide as much income to support our information and services as possible. This is why we have chosen to only send out a free t-shirt and tracker to people who are interested in raising money for Mind. It also reduces our costs and carbon footprint.

If it's been over 14 days since you've created your fundraising page and you still haven't received your t-shirt then we're here to help. Please send us an email at [email protected] with your full name and the date you registered.

It’s entirely up to you! You could use an online tracker, such as Strava. Or, you could track your miles offline using our Mind 100 Miles tracker which you’ll receive in the post once you’ve setup your fundraiser.

Of course! This challenge is for everyone. Every mile you complete will make a difference. The important thing is getting out and raising vital funds for mental health.

Your fundraising will help us be there for anyone who needs us by providing support and access to the right information. Learn more about the services we offer.

No, there’s no minimum fundraising amount. Every penny you raise in March will go straight to Mind. All funds will help provide lifesaving information and support to anyone experiencing a mental health problem. Each fundraising page has a default target of £150 but you're welcome to edit this to a more suitable amount.
