Last year, 100 Miles in March raised £315,000 thanks to amazing people like you.

The money you raise helps us provide vital information and support. Last year's total could support Mind's Infoline answer over 36,000 calls from people needing our help.

This year - as we all face the cost of living crisis - we hope to be able to support people more than ever.

Yes, of course! We receive 100% of donations from Facebook but we have also created a way to fundraise specifically for 100 miles in March on Just Giving.

If someone wants to donate to your challenge and doesn’t have Facebook, the best thing is to collect their donation offline. You can then donate it directly to your fundraiser yourself. Alternatively, you can collect offline donations by printing off one of our forms

You will receive a free Mind t-shirt only after you have setup a fundraiser. To do this you will need to complete this form and click on the 'setup fundraiser' button at the bottom. It can take between 10-14 days to receive your t-shirt after creating a fundraiser, so thank you for your patience.

Unfortunately, this isn't possible. 100 miles in March is a fundraising event and as a charity we aim to provide as much income to support our information and services as possible. This is why we have chosen to only send out a free t-shirt and tracker to people who are interested in raising money for Mind. It also reduces our costs and carbon footprint.

If it's been over 14 days since you've created your fundraising page and you still haven't received your t-shirt then we're here to help. Please send us an email at [email protected] with your full name and the date you registered.

It’s entirely up to you! You could use an online tracker, such as Strava. Or, you could track your miles offline using our Mind 100 Miles tracker which you’ll receive in the post once you’ve setup your fundraiser.

Of course! This challenge is for everyone. Every mile you complete will make a difference. The important thing is getting out and raising vital funds for mental health.
