Local Mind services supported over 425,000 people across England and Wales this year. Their services include talking therapies, crisis helplines, drop-in centres, employment and training schemes, counselling and befriending.
Each local Mind is an independent charity run by local people, for local people. They are responsible for their own funding and services. We work together in partnership with our local Minds - find out more.
Due to the coronavirus outbreak your local Mind may have changed the way it provides services. If you currently use services - or are seeking support - please contact your local Mind directly using the map below to check for the latest updates.
You'll need to check that you are eligible for services: please note that some services are suitable only for children and others are only for adults: some services may require you to have been referred by your GP or other medical professionals.
