Legal Basis for the Coronavirus Emergency Appeal
In response to the coronavirus emergency, Mind have taken the decision to use legitimate interest to call some of our supporters and beneficiaries where they have donated through our Emergency Coronavirus 2020 appeal. We normally rely on consent as our Legal Basis for contacting our supporters by phone but during this unprecedented time it is crucial that we are able to communicate with our supporters effectively and make sure that we are able to provide the best support to those affected by this pandemic.
We believe that using legitimate interests for Telephone calls will allow us to increase the number of people that we can reach with timely and relevant information appropriate to the fast changing events of this pandemic and in a way, which is both transparent and invested in best supporting the needs of our donors and beneficiaries. We will of course offer our supporters the usual ways to opt out of receiving these telephone calls at any time.
Buying raffle tickets can now be done online or over the phone. The following terms and conditions apply. Please read carefully before purchasing your tickets.
