Free prize draws: Terms and Conditions

To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week, we are currently running 2 free prize draws. These are:

  • Rizzle Kicks prize draw - win a pair of tickets to see Rizzle Kicks and a signed vinyl.

  • Joy Crookes prize draw - win a signed vinyl and a signed 'just trying my best' cap

The draws will run from Tuesday 12th May 2026, and will accept entries until midnight Wednesday 27th May 2026. Please see a list of all Terms and Conditions in full below.

 

Terms and Conditions

Mind Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1.    The promoter of this free prize draw is Mind (the National Association for Mental Health) incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 424348 and registered as a Charity with number 219830 whose registered office is at 2 Redman Place, London, E20 1JQ (the Charity).  

2.    This free prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Charity and their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.

3.    This prize draw is free to enter, there is no obligation to make a donation to be eligible for entry.   

4.    To enter this free prize draw, entrants must either make a donation online at via Crowdfunder webpages free postal entry by writing to us at either Rizzle Kicks Free Prize Draw, Mind, 2 Redman Place, London E20 1JQ or Joy Crookes Free Prize Draw, Mind, 2 Redman Place, London E20 1JQ (you are responsible for paying sufficient postage on your entry), and include your full name, mobile number, email address, postal address and date of birth. 

5.    Postal entries have an equal chance of winning as online entries.

6.    Personal data will be used in accordance with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. For more details on how the Charity uses and looks after personal information, read our privacy policy at: https://www.mind.org.uk/legal-info/privacy-policy/

7.    Entries that do not comply with these promotion rules will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.

8.    The opening date for entries is 12th May 2026. The closing date for this free prize draw is 27th May. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

9.    Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a fair and independent process. Each entry is given a unique number, and a random number generator is used to pick one of these numbers. The entry that matches the selected number will be the winner, who will then be contacted directly.

10.    The winner will be notified via email or phone on or before Wednesday 3rd June 2026. If a winner has not responded to accept their prize by Wednesday 10th June 2026, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Charity will be entitled to re-draw the winner. In these circumstances, the new winner will be notified, and the prize must be accepted in accordance with the process set out above. 

11.    Rizzle Kicks Free Prize Draw prizes - The first place prize is a pair of tickets to see Rizzle Kicks live at the O2 Academy Brixton on 19th November. The second place prize will receive a signed 'Competition is for Losers' vinyl.

12.    Joy Crookes Free Prize Draw prizes - The first place prize will receive a signed 'Juniper' vinyl by Joy Crookes. The second place prize will receive a signed 'just trying my best' signed cap.

13.    All prizes in both draws are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

14.    Please note, the Rizzle Kicks tickets for the winner of the first place prize won’t be available until nearer the event. Mind will instead send the winner a confirmation letter with all the details.

15.    The Charity reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Charity’s control make it necessary to do so.

16.    Free entry to the prize draw is available by post, and full details on how to enter for free are clearly displayed on the Crowdfunder project page.

17.    To enter by post, entrants must send their full name, contact details, and the name of the prize draw on a postcard or in an envelope with correctly paid postage.

18.    Free entries must be sent via post and will not be accepted if delivered by hand. Entries with insufficient or incorrect postage will be void. Only one entry is permitted per envelope or postcard. Multiple entries within a single envelope will be disqualified.

19.    Free postal entries will be given an equal chance of winning as paid entries.

20.    The decision of the Charity regarding any aspect of the free prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

21.    The winner’s first name and county can be obtained by sending an email to [email protected] within 28 days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw.

22.    Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Charity reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

23.    The Charity reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

24.    Insofar as is permitted by law, the Charity, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Charity, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

25.    Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third-party suppliers for the purposes of donation collection and fulfilment/ delivery/ arrangement of the prize.

26.    The first name and county of the winner will be published on the Crowdfunder landing pages for one month after the closing date and may also be announced on social channels (Mind @mindcharity)

27.    You acknowledge and understand that you may be asked to participate in publicity if you are selected as a winner by Mind.

28.    The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated on the Crowdfunder project page.

29.    Crowdfunder is not the promoter of this prize draw and is not liable for the content or operation of this prize draw.

30.    The free prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the free prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

31.    The promoter reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

32.    Descriptions of prizes are provided without a warranty of any kind. Unless prevented by law, in no event shall Mind (including its employees, affiliates and volunteers) be liable for any claim, demand or damages arising out of or in any way connected with an entrant’s entry to the prize draw or their use of a prize.

33.    It is a condition of entry that all terms and conditions are adhered to. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
