If you're a manager or employee, our eLearning is a great way for you to improve your understanding and knowledge of mental health.

Our eLearning courses are CPD accredited meaning they have reached the required Continuing Professional Development standards and benchmarks. You host our course on your Learning Management System (LMS). If you do not have an LMS, we can provide access for you.

Mental health awareness at work

Mental Health Awareness at Work is an introductory course suitable for all employees. You can use it as part of your induction programme. Or any other mental health initiative or activities focused on better mental health in the workplace. Our eLearning course has received CPD accreditation.

Mental health awareness at work is a 50-minute interactive course. We advise that you complete it in 1 sitting. The course covers:

  • an introduction to mental health and wellbeing
  • an overview of common mental health problems - depression, anxiety and stress
  • stigma and how it impacts our mental health
  • how to raise awareness of workplace wellbeing
  • tips on self-care
  • potential triggers of poor mental health in the workplace
  • building resilience
  • supporting others
  • signposts to other help and information.

Managing mental health at work

Our Managing mental health at work aims to support managers. We've designed it to go with our Mental health awareness at work course. This CPD accredited course points out the importance of looking after your and your employees' mental health. It'll also build your confidence in supporting employees.

Managing mental health at work is a 1.5-hour course. It covers:

  • mental health, the business case and your role as a manager
  • how to encourage, improve and review staff wellbeing
  • how to talk about mental health and supporting employees
  • positive and proactive performance management
  • signposts to information and support.

How does our licensed eLearning work?

We now have a new Learning Management System (LMS). This means organisations without an LMS can access our eLearning.

We also sell licences to employers if you want to host our eLearning on your own LMS. Our charges are applied to:

  •  the scale of your organisation's learning audience
  • the sector you operate in.

Once licences are agreed on, we transfer all related SCORM files to you. You can then upload them to your LMS with the help of your tech team. We will be happy to support you through the setup phase.
