About the RideLondon-Essex 100

The RideLondon-Essex 100 is a unique opportunity to ride 100 miles on traffic-free roads through the heart of London and neighbouring counties.

It will start and finish in the centre of the capital. The route has 100 miles of rolling roads through some of the most beautiful countryside and villages in between.

How to sign up

Mind has a set number of places in the Royal Parks Half Marathon. To grab one of our places, click on the register button above. These places are £5, and we’ll ask you to raise at least £450.

If you've already bought a place in RideLondon-Essex 100, you can still register with us to raise money for Mind. We’d love to have you on the team!

Just click on the link below to let us know, so we can send you a fundraising pack and get you involved!

“It’s so important to look after your mental health as well as your physical health...I’ve always used cycling to manage my mental health.”

Veterinary surgeon Laura Massey-Pugh, who raised more than £3700 for Mind and broke a Guinness World record tandem cycling around the world.
