You can run for Mind at any organised event - not just the ones listed on our website!

You could run in the UK or abroad, doing any type of run. From 5km runs to marathons or virtual runs, you'll be sure to find one that suits you.

You can also create your own running challenge too.

To get started, just choose the event and let us know!
