Why support Mind?

Mind is the leading mental health charity in England and Wales. By joining our team, you'll help us fight for better mental health. For support, for respect, for you.

With £1,000 we could print 5,000 information booklets to help people with mental health problems like stress or depression.

We spend 83p in every £1 you raise supporting people with mental health problems.

Find out how we raise and spend money.

Want to feel inspired?

Laura and Stevie raised an incredible £3,371 for Mind by taking on an overseas cycling challenge. They even broke a world record doing it!

The incredible pair completed world circumnavigation by tandem bicycle and set a new Guinness World Record as the fastest around the world tandem record, managing the outstanding trip in 179 days, 12 hours and 25 minutes.

“I like to spend time outside every day to manage my mental health – whether that’s a walk, run or even a gentle cycle believe it or not!”
