Employee Recognition Awards

 

Our employee recognition awards honour 4 outstanding individuals who play an important role in promoting positive mental health in their workplace. We will be granting these awards to people working at organisations taking part in the Workplace Wellbeing Index.

Why make a nomination?

Nominating a colleague is a great way to give individuals special recognition for the good work they’re doing to support workplace wellbeing and mental health. Shortlisted employees and the winner for each category are selected by our panel and announced at the Workplace Wellbeing Awards in June.

The four awards are: 

Senior Leader

A senior level staff member who has made a significant impact championing the cause of mental health.

Line Manager

A manager who has had a positive impact supporting the mental health of an individual or team they manage.

Wellbeing Lead

An employee who has had a positive impact in safeguarding mental health and wellbeing.

Wellbeing Champion

An employee that goes above and beyond to tackle stigma in their workplace.

Details on how to nominate a colleague will be added once nominations are open for our 2023/24 awards.

None of your details provided in the nomination form will be associated with any response to the Workplace Wellbeing Index staff survey. All nominations for the Employee Awards are treated in the strictest confidence. Your details are recorded to avoid repetitive nominations and will be deleted after the awards have taken place.
