Let's show everyone with a mental health problem that they are not alone. Stand with us and fight for mental health by fundraising as you stream.

Take on one of our timed challenges, or set your own time and #StreamforMind.

  • Stream 5 hours for the 1 in 5 children with a mental health problem who wait for over 6 months to see a mental health specialist.
  • Stream 15 hours for the 1 in 15 people who attempt to take their own life each year.
  • Stream 23 hours for the 23% of us who experienced a mental health problem in 2020.

Remember, you don't need to complete your challenge in one go. You could split your chosen challenge time over a week or month and fundraise for Mind every time you stream until you reach your hour's target.

How you’re helping

The money you raise will support our Infoline, giving someone a voice to talk to when things are too much. It will keep our online community Side by Side open for anyone feeling isolated. It’s going to make a real difference for those of us with mental health problems.
