Getting outdoors has loads of positive benefits for our mental health - whether it’s a walk around the park, getting out in the garden or going on a hike. See our pages on nature and mental health to find out more.
Our Hats on for Mind campaign
This November, we are so excited to launch Hats on for Mind again! We have partnered with GO Outdoors, Blacks and Millets to celebrate the benefits of the outdoors and raise much-needed funds for Mind.
The hats and flasks were designed by GO Outdoors’ celebrity ambassadors David Seaman, Helen Skelton, Sean Fletcher, Gethin Jones and Julia Bradbury. The campaign also features 5 amazing Mind media volunteers: Paul, Dhermika, Laura, Hameed, and Dalia. Look out for interviews with each Mind volunteer to hear more about how the outdoors helps their mental wellbeing.
Visit the Hats on for Mind website.
Our 2022 campaign was massively successful, raising an incredible £217,012 for Mind! Thousands of people across England and Wales got involved, sharing how they like to get outdoors for their wellbeing. The partnership was nominated at the 2023 Business Charity Awards for ‘Best Charity Partnership’ in the Fashion & Retail category.
We can’t wait to see what we achieve together this year.
