Mind president Stephen Fry is encouraging us all to create our own mental health videos and help the Heads Together campaign 'change the conversation on mental health.'

Following on from doing his own mental health video showing him talking to his therapist Bill, Mind's president Stephen Fry has created a short top tips video encouraging us all to do our own #oktosay film in support of the Heads Together campaign.

The #oktosay films are part of the Heads Together campaign spearheaded by The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry which aims to change the national conversation on mental health from one of stigma and fear to one of support. Their Royal Highnesses want to ensure that people feel comfortable with their everyday mental wellbeing, feel able to support their friends and families through difficult times, and that fear no longer prevents people talking or getting the help they need.
