How important is sleep to your mental health?

The weather is hot, humid and airless - getting sleep can be tough at this time of year.

But for many people, sleep is a constant issue all year round - something that can play a really big role in many peoples' mental health.

We at Mind have lots of information about sleep problems - how they arise and some of the treatments to help tackle them.

Is sleep a big issue for you? If so, do you have any tips about how to get to sleep? Share your tips in the comments below, or with us on Facebook and Twitter.

If we get enough good ideas, we will put them up here (giving you all due credit, of course!)
