York Mind – project coordinator
The RISE to Thrive project, funded via City of York Council, aims to support individuals who are economically inactive, as well as offer support to those currently in work to help them stay in the workplace.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Develop appropriate referral methods for the project
- Offer effective one-to-one support for project participants
- Develop and maintain effective links with partner agencies
- Maintain accurate case notes, monitoring and evaluation
- Coordinate an effective pathway of support for participants
About you
We're looking for someone with:
- Significant experience in a client-facing, one-to-one environment
- Ability to demonstrate coaching and mentoring skills
- Experience working in a mental health setting alongside an awareness of the impact of poor mental health
- Project coordination experience
