West Sussex Mind – mental health support coordinator
West Sussex Mind are looking for a mental health support coordinator to join the emotional wellbeing services that offer support across Sussex.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Deliver recovery-focused one-to-one sessions, assessments and risk assessments
- Manage a caseload, working within a team based across GP surgeries and building a rapport with the GP surgeries across Worthing
About you
We're looking for someone with:
- Ability to take a holistic and flexible approach in your work with individuals
- An awareness of other local services and the Pathfinder alliance
