West Sussex Mind – mental health support coordinator 

West Sussex Mind (WS Mind) are looking for a mental health support coordinator to join the emotional wellbeing services that provide support across Sussex. 

What you'll do

You will: 

• Provide recovery focused 1-2-1 sessions and assessments
• Manage a caseload 
• Work within a team across GP surgeries managed by WS Mind
• Building a rapport with the GP surgeries 
• Work independently in the surgeries, in an autonomous way whilst managing a caseload. 

About you

You will need to be able to take on a holistic and flexible approach in your work with individuals. You will need to have awareness of other local services and the pathfinder alliance.
