Your role as a wellbeing practitioner is essential in addressing rising mental health challenges. Join us in supporting individuals and communities on a transformative journey of healing and empowerment.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Work hand-in-hand with existing mental health provision for people and their families, as well as other local agencies/organisations to effectively support people transitioning from services
- Channel your passion into delivering evidence-based interventions, shaping this role as the service develops as well
About you
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience and knowledge of working within mental health
- Experience and knowledge of supporting individuals experiencing a range of mental health problems and meeting their individual needs, possibly with training in an allied field such as counselling, mediation, advocacy or social work
- Good understanding of recovery principles and the role of mental health services in the delivery of care
