Swindon and Gloucestershire Mind – counselling service lead
We're growing our counselling service, and we'll be offering more generalised counselling as well as our self harmony service which specialises in self-harm and self-injury reduction.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Lead, inspire, and effectively manage a team of professionals to deliver exceptional mental health support and interventions
- Channel your passion into delivering evidence-based interventions, elevating the mental health and emotional wellbeing of the people we serve
- Ensure effective and appropriate communication with all individuals, staff, community agencies and partner organisations
About you
We're looking for someone with:
- Relevant experience of working within mental health
- Experience of leading and managing a team with a flexible and responsive management style
