Derbyshire Mind – local coordinator (Swadlincote)

We're looking to recruit an organised and supportive individual with a passion for improving mental health and wellbeing to coordinate Derbyshire Mind's crisis support drop-in service.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Coordinate all aspects of local service delivery
  • Line manage staff and volunteers
  • Develop efficient systems and processes
  • Ensure the service is delivered reliably and effectively

About you

We're looking for someone with:

• Highly motivated attitude
• Ability to learn quickly
• Willingness to seek advice appropriately
• Access to a car or live very locally to the service
• Willingness and ability to work flexibly
• Good level of general education, including English and Maths at GCSE grade C or above
• Experience of working in an administrative role
• Experience of coordinating a small service or team
• Experience of the line management, supervision and development of staff
