SilverCloud is an online self-help platform, which you can use by yourself. It's designed to help you learn skills to manage common problems, like stress and anxiety. The modules are based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) principles.
Usually you can only access it through an organisation that has paid for the service, like an NHS Trust or university. But in response to the coronavirus pandemic SilverCloud has made four modules free to use for anyone who visits the Mind website
The four free modules are on:
You will need a valid email address, and access to the internet.
This gives you access to the four free modules.
All information you enter is anonymous, confidential and secure. You can learn more about SilverCloud on their website.
You can use the pin WEB2020 to sign up any time until end of August 2020.
When you sign up, you will have at least six weeks of free access to complete the modules.
SilverCloud will email you to let you know in advance when your access will end. So you won’t lose access to the modules without warning.
They will not pressure you to pay for anything at any point, including after the offer closes.
SilverCloud have told us that the free modules in this offer are designed to support over 18s only.
