About the Cardiff Half Marathon

The Cardiff Half Marathon is known for its amazing atmosphere and fast, flat course. The route passes through the city's most iconic landmarks and scenery.

How to register

Mind has a set number of places in the Cardiff Half Marathon. To grab one of our places, click on the register button above. These places are £10, and we’ll ask you to raise at least £275.

You might already have your own place in the Cardiff Half Marathon, which you paid for yourself. If you'd like to use your place to raise money for Mind, you can! We'd love to have you on the team.

Just click on the link below to let us know, so we can send you a fundraising pack and get you involved.

Raising money for Mind makes feel less alone

When Amy’s husband Chris took his own life, she channelled her grief into fundraising so others could benefit from our services.

"It can feel so lonely when you’re struggling with your mental health, like you’re the only one, so it’s good to realise you’re not alone."

Why run for Mind?

In this video, we see a lots of phenomenal Mind runners in some of the most iconic runs across the UK. We see emotional hugs, high fives, cheers, tears, laughter.

Each year, 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem. No one should face it alone. We campaign to improve services to get a better deal from the government. Our Infoline provides support and advice. Join the fight for mental health. Sign up for a run and join #TeamMind.
