Raising money for Mind makes feel less alone
When Amy’s husband Chris took his own life, she channelled her grief into fundraising so others could benefit from our services.
"It can feel so lonely when you’re struggling with your mental health, like you’re the only one, so it’s good to realise you’re not alone."
Why run for Mind?
In this video, we see a lots of phenomenal Mind runners in some of the most iconic runs across the UK. We see emotional hugs, high fives, cheers, tears, laughter.
Each year, 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem. No one should face it alone. We campaign to improve services to get a better deal from the government. Our Infoline provides support and advice. Join the fight for mental health. Sign up for a run and join #TeamMind.
