Move for Mind this winter. Set yourself an exercise and fundraising challenge and raise money for better mental health. It’s your 30 day challenge – whether it’s daily virtual workouts, running 30 miles or cycling 300k over 30 days. You can choose how you’ll get active to fundraise for everyone experiencing a mental health problem.

Join as a team or an individual and set your 30 day challenge. Earn a Move for Mind t-shirt when you raise your first £50 and make it all the way to £150 to get a special Move for Mind medal.

This winter is going to be tougher than many we’ve faced before. Since the pandemic began, we’ve seen depression rates double, record numbers of people in crisis and more calls to our Infoline than ever before. We’re dealing with a mental health emergency. Your support is more vital than ever.

£50 will fund our online support community Side by Side for two and half hours, £70 could help us campaign for better mental health services from the Government, £100 could pay the cost of one of our infoline or legal line advisors for a whole day.

Move for Mind is an exciting exercise and fundraising challenge to raise money for better mental health. 

There is no official start date. Begin your 30 day challenge anytime in January. Registrations close on 31 January, this will be the final date you can begin your challenge, but don't worry if you start at the end of January, you can continue your 30 days of activity right through to the 2nd March.
