100 Miles in March is a fundraising challenge for Mind. Join 1000s of incredible Mind supporters in taking on 100 miles during March. You can complete your miles however you like. Run, walk, or a bit of both! The important thing is getting out and moving for better mental health.

The first step is to is join our Facebook Group. Click here ( to join now. You’ll be able to request your free t-shirt. Meet other amazing fundraisers. And get loads of tips, support and inspiration from your fellow challengers.

The best way to fundraise is through a Facebook fundraiser. Set up yours by following this link.

We recommend using Facebook to fundraise for this challenge. But if you do need an alternative, you can fundraise by setting up a Just Giving page. Whatever tool you choose to fundraise with, don’t forget to join our supportive Facebook group!

If someone wants to donate to your challenge and doesn’t have Facebook, the best thing is to collect their donation offline. You can then donate it directly to your fundraiser yourself.

It’s entirely up to you! You could use an online tracker, such as Strava. Or you could track your miles offline using our Mind 100 Miles tracker, which you’ll receive in the post once you’ve completed your registration. Remember, it’s not about how far or fast you go. It’s about doing something amazing for mental health!

Of course! This challenge is for everyone. Every mile you complete will make a difference. The important thing is getting out and raising vital funds for mental health.

No, there’s no minimum fundraising amount. Every penny you raise in March will go straight to Mind. All funds will help provide lifesaving information and support to anyone experiencing a mental health problem.
