An annual celebration of peer support
Peerfest is our national annual event celebrating the importance, power and diversity of peer support. It's a welcoming, inclusive and inspirational event bringing peers together to network, share knowledge and best practice through workshops, creative activities, debate and The Marsh Awards.
Every year we choose a different peer support project to create and host Peerfest. If you’re passionate about peer support this is an exciting way to raise your profile, connect with new partners and showcase your skills at a national level.
We’re now searching for a peer-led group or organisation to create and deliver Peerfest 2018 – it’s your time to shine!
We learned a huge amount from hosting Peerfest 2016 and it was very satisfying when the event came together so well.
Our Peerfest Pre-Meet event in April is a unique opportunity to:
- Develop your peer support skills
- Meet new partners to share ideas and get inspired
- Learn about Peerfest from those who’ve been involved before
- Meet the National Planning Team for a wealth of peer support knowledge
Our Pre-Meet event will be invaluable if you’re a smaller group or project needing extra support to bring your vision of Peerfest to life. To start you off, we’ve answered your top 7 questions here
