Counselling Directory is run by Memiah, a company with heart. We exist to support others, to continually challenge stigma around mental health and mental illness, and to promote wellbeing. We've been helping connect people with the help they need since 2005, when Counselling Directory was first created by sisters Aimi and Emma.
Thirteen years on, Counselling Directory now lists over 15,000 professional counsellors nationwide, provides contacts and information for charitable groups and information about mental health and associated therapeutic practises. In addition to the Counselling Directory, Memiah has developed directories for life coaching, hypnotherapy, nutrition and therapy.
