Take on the 100 miles in March challenge for Mind

This March challenge yourself to walk, jog, run, or wheel 100 miles and help raise vital funds for Mind.

As the days get longer and spring starts to stir, take on our most challenging event yet by walking, jogging, running, or wheeling 100 miles across the month. Whether you're stretching your legs on brighter morning walks, exploring countryside as nature comes back to life, or fitting in miles whenever you can, it's all about finding what works for you.

Take it at your own pace — a couple of miles a day or longer stretches when it suits you. Every step you take helps ensure no one has to face a mental health problem alone.

With fresh air, lighter evenings, and a real goal to work towards, you'll be giving your physical and mental wellbeing a boost - and putting a real spring in your step. Let's make every mile matter this March!

Your challenge perks

A free Mind t-shirt. Once you've completed your registration and set up your fundraising page, we'll send you your official #TeamMind t-shirt - wear it with pride as you take on the challenge and show your support for mental health.

A free progress tracker. You'll receive it with your t-shirt to help you stay on track and keep an eye on your progress.

An exclusive medal. Raise £150 and you’ll receive your exclusive 100 miles in March medal as a special thank you.

A reason to move more. Our challenges are a great opportunity to get moving. And moving more day to day is known to help improve our overall wellbeing in lots of ways, from sleeping better to stressing less.

A way to champion mental health for everyone (especially you). Two birds, one priority – mental health. By moving more you're prioritising your own mental health as well as raising funds. It's win-win!

Your impact

You want a future where having a mental health problem doesn't mean waiting lists, stigma and isolation. Where the 1 in 4 of us with a mental health problem each year can get quality support. So do we. By taking on this challenge for Mind you'll be fighting to make that happen.

£10

could help our Infoline advisors pick up the phone to someone with nowhere else to turn.

£47

could help us keep our online community, Side by Side, open for a whole hour.
