We Are Undefeatable

We’re proud to be a part of the We Are Undefeatable campaign. We've joined forces with 14 other leading charities. Together we're helping people with mental and physical health problems to get active.

When we’re struggling, being active can seem daunting. But when we find ways to move that work for us it can have huge benefits for both our mental and physical health. There are lots of little ways we can keep active both at home and outdoors – get started with the resources below.

Make Your Move

It can be difficult knowing where to start when it comes to getting active. The Make Your Move videos are here to help. They have ideas on how we can get moving at our own pace at home with the help of experienced instructors.

The videos aim to motivate and support you to be active in a way that works for you. There are different enjoyable activity sessions to try. Each lasts around 15 minutes, with the chance to take short breaks throughout.

Five in Five

Five in Five is a customisable mini workout to help us move in whatever way works for you. Pick 5 individual exercises from the exercise library, and do each for one minute at a time. Whether we want to boost energy, unwind, or have a bit of fun, there's a combo to suit everyone.

Small amounts of activity add up. If you want to be more active, visit the We Are Undefeatable website for more inspiration. You can also follow @undefeatable on Twitter.

Move to your Mood

Some days it can be really hard to find the motivation to get moving. Especially when you’re living with a long term health condition.

We want to support you to increase your confidence to move more. We Are Undefeatable have teamed up with Gok Wan. There's 3 different physical activity routines to get you moving no matter how you’re feeling.

My Daily Undefeatable

It can be challenging to maintain a routine when how we feel can change from day to day. My Daily Undefeatable is a Facebook messenger bot. It reminds us to do regular check-ins on how we're keeping active and how feeling. The bot asks what motivates us to keep moving and schedules daily or weekly reminders. It can help us get moving in a way that feels good.

Find support locally

Getting active means finding ways that work for us. Phoebe talks about how moving more has improved both her mental and physical health. She explains how it's helped her appreciate life and find new interests.

Hannah talks about living with depression for many years. It often made her feel low and demotivated. Short bursts of movement and getting outside have given her a sense of empowerment and made her feel in control.
