West Sussex Mind – mental health support coordinators

West Sussex Mind are looking for mental health support coordinators to join the emotional wellbeing services that give support across Sussex. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Offer recovery-focused, one-to-one sessions, assessments, and risk assessments 
• Manage a caseload, working within a team based across GP surgeries
• Build a rapport with the GP surgeries across their area
• See patients individually, supporting them with their mental health and wellbeing in a goal-focused way in up to six one-to-one session

About you

We're looking for someone with:

• Ability to take a holistic and flexible approach in your work with individuals
• An awareness of other local services and the Pathfinder alliance
