West Sussex Mind – mental health rehabilitation worker

West Sussex Mind are recruiting recovery workers to support people with psychosis in community rehabilitation services.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Support people with psychosis and complex mental health needs to achieve their personal recovery goals
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team and partner agencies to deliver personalised, community‑based rehabilitation
• Provide practical, creative and recovery‑focused support to people on your caseload

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with people with complex mental health needs
• Is confident managing a caseload and working both independently and as part of a team
• Can support people in a recovery‑focused, collaborative and person‑centred way
