West Sussex Mind are looking for mental health workers to deliver community and GP-based support across local areas. Permanent and contract roles available.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Provide one-to-one and group mental health support in community and GP settings
• Develop goal-focused support plans to help individuals improve their wellbeing
• Work with partners and signpost service users to appropriate services

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting mental health and wellbeing
• Has experience delivering one-to-one and group-based support
• Can build trust, communicate effectively and work both independently and in a team
