Tameside, Oldham, Glossop and Stockport Mind – service manager

TOGS Mind are seeking a service manager to lead community mental health services in Stockport.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and manage VCSE mental health services within the Stockport Neighbourhood Mental Health Team
• Work closely with statutory and voluntary partners to ensure high-quality, joined‑up support for people with complex mental health needs
• Oversee performance, safety and quality across services, including supervision, risk management and service development

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience providing management support and supervision within mental health or wellbeing services
• Holds, or is willing to work towards, a relevant management, mental health, health or social care qualification
• Can build strong partnerships and make confident decisions in complex, fast‑paced environments
