What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Provide telephone based support to people in mental health crisis, helping to de-escalate and manage risk. 
• Help people access the right community and statutory services following clinical triage.
• Work closely with partners including NHS trusts and emergency services to ensure safe, joined up support. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting people in distress or crisis, ideally within mental health or community services. 
• Brings strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm and responsive under pressure.
• Has knowledge or mental health and community support pathways, with a collaborative approach.
