TOGS Mind are seeking a practitioner to support children, young people and families with mental wellbeing.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Provide person‑centred, solution‑focused support to children, young people and families experiencing emotional and mental health challenges
- Manage a caseload, delivering one‑to‑one and group interventions, including creative activities, workshops and psycho‑education
- Identify and respond to risk and safeguarding concerns, working closely with colleagues and external partners
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting children, young people and families within a mental health, health or social care setting
- Is confident managing a caseload and delivering interventions using person‑centred and solution‑focused approaches
- Can build trusting relationships and communicate empathically with families and professionals
