Tameside, Oldham, Glossop and Stockport Mind - Children, Young People and Families Practitioner

TOGS Mind are seeking a practitioner to support children, young people and families with mental wellbeing.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

Provide person‑centred, solution‑focused support to children, young people and families experiencing emotional and mental health challenges
Manage a caseload, delivering one‑to‑one and group interventions, including creative activities, workshops and psycho‑education
Identify and respond to risk and safeguarding concerns, working closely with colleagues and external partners

About you

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience supporting children, young people and families within a mental health, health or social care setting
Is confident managing a caseload and delivering interventions using person‑centred and solution‑focused approaches
Can build trusting relationships and communicate empathically with families and professionals
