South East London Mind – counselling service manager

SEL Mind are looking for a counselling service manager to co lead a high quality community service. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Co lead a welcoming, high quality counselling and psychotherapy service rooted in local communities. 
• Provide clinical leadership, supervision and day to day oversight for staff and volunteers. 
• Help shape and develop services so they remain responsive, ethical and centred on people's needs. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a recognised counselling or psychotherapy qualification, with post-qualification experience. 
• Has experience providing clinical supervision and leading staff or volunteers in community settings 
• Brings strong understanding of mental health, risk and governance alongside a person centred approach.
