Solent Mind - service manager (open minds counselling service)

Solent Mind are looking for a service manager to lead a client focused counselling service. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and manage the self pay counselling service, ensuring it is accessible, high quality and client focused. 
• Oversee service performance, including financial sustainability and delivery against the service plan. 
• Support and develop staff, building a compassionate and effective team. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a degree level qualification in counselling, psychotherapy or has equivalent experience.
• Has experience managing counselling or mental health services, including financial oversight. 
• Brings strong communication and relationship building skills with a collaborative, values led approach.
