What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and embed strong clinical governance to ensure counselling services are safe, effective and high quality. 
• Support the development and ongoing improvement of the Open Minds counselling service. 
• Monitor systems, data and practice to ensure compliance with professionals standards and continuous learning. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Hold a recognised counselling or psychotherapy qualification (Level 4 or above) with post qualification experience. 
• Has experience leading or managing clinical governance within a counselling service.
• Brings strong leadership, communication and reflective practice skills.
