Oxfordshire Mind - community connecter team lead/manager 

Oxfordshire Mind are looking for a team manager to lead community support services for mental wellbeing. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and support a team of community connectors to help people access services that improve their wellbeing. 
• Build strong partnerships with healthcare providers, community organisations and local services. 
• Oversee service delivery, ensuring high quality support, safeguarding and ongoing development. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing teams within mental health, health or community services. 
• Brings strong knowledge of mental health safeguarding and partnership working.
• Is an empathetic and organised leader who can build relationships and support others to thrive.
