Mind in Tower Hamlets, Newham and Redbridge – director of services (maternity cover)

Mind THNR are looking for an interim director services to lead inclusive, high impact mental health services. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and oversee Mind THNR's services, ensuring they are safe, inclusive, high quality and shaped by lived experience. 
• Build strong, trusting teams and partnerships that reflect the diversity and strengths of local communities. 
• Drive service performance, safeguarding and sustainability while championing an anti discriminatory culture. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has senior leadership experience in mental health or related services, with strong operational oversight skills. 
• Brings a deep commitment to equity, inclusion and user led, evidence based practice. 
• Is confident working strategically with partners, commissioners and funders to deliver meaningful impact.
