Mind BLMK – service manager

Mind BLMK are recruiting a service manager to lead blended mental health teams in partnership with the NHS.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Manage the day‑to‑day delivery of Blended Teams services, working with NHS and VCSE partners to meet community mental health needs
• Lead and support staff and volunteers, including managing remote teams, complex partnerships and workforce development
• Hold a caseload and provide holistic, person‑centred support to people with complex mental health and wellbeing needs

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has at least two years’ experience working with people with mental health needs, including within multi‑agency or NHS‑linked services
• Holds a relevant Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) and a management or leadership qualification
• Can build strong relationships, manage remote teams and support staff through the challenges of blended working
