Mid Kent Mind – wellbeing coach
Mid Kent Mind are looking for a wellbeing coach to lead groups and support mental health in the community.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Lead and deliver wellbeing courses, group sessions and social activities for adults and young people.
- Carry out wellbeing assessments and provide supportive, person centred guidance.
- Support services across Maidstone, Ashford and Swale, working flexibly in community and centre based settings.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Is empathetic, confident communicator who can engage people both in person and online.
- Has experience delivering groups, workshops or wellbeing support in a community setting.
- Is organised, flexible and committed to safeguarding and high-quality support.
