Mid and North East Essex Mind - IPS employment specialist 

Mid and North East Essex Mind seek an IPS specialist to support people with severe mental health challenges into employment. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Support people with serious mental illness to find, secure and sustain meaningful employment.
• Deliver the IPS model in a person centred way, working closely with employers and health partners. 
• Help challenge barriers and create more inclusive workplaces for people with mental health needs. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with adults with complex mental health needs. 
• Has experience of partnership working and building relationships across services. 
• Is passionate about empowering people and supporting them to achieve their goals.
