MNEE Mind seek an IPS Team Lead to support people with serious mental illness get into employment.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and support a team of Employment Specialists delivering IPS employment support
• Help people with serious mental illness secure and sustain meaningful employment
• Build strong relationships with clinical teams and local employers

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting people with mental health needs or employment support services
• Can supervise staff, manage caseloads and promote the IPS approach
• Is compassionate, resilient and has strong communication skills
