Leeds Mind - mental health and wellbeing trainer 

Leeds Mind are looking for a trainer to deliver workplace mental health and wellbeing training. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Deliver engaging, evidence based mental health training to a wide range of workplace audiences. 
• Develop and improve training programmes to ensure they are relevant, inclusive and impactful. 
• Work with clients to understand their needs and help shape training that supports wellbeing and positive change. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a recognised teaching or training qualification (Level 4 or above).
• Has experience delivering training, ideally within mental health or workplace wellbeing settings.
• Brings strong communication skills, creativity and a proactive, inclusive approach to learning.
