Leeds Mind – IPS employment specialist

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Support people with mental health problems to find, return and stay in paid employment. 
• Deliver evidence based IPS employment support in a trauma informed person centred way.
• Build positive relationships with employers and partners to create inclusive workplaces. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting people who face complex barriers, using a strengths based approach. 
• Can manage a varied caseload and work confidently towards agreed employment outcomes. 
• Shares our values and believes in people's right to work, with inclusive and trauma informed practice.
