BDC Mind are looking for a service manager to lead culturally responsive mental health services for the local community.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Lead and develop the Hope and Light programme, ensuring high-quality, culturally responsive services
- Manage teams and partner organisations to deliver impactful mental health support
- Build partnerships, use data insights and drive service improvement and development
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience leading teams and delivering services in mental health, community or voluntary sectors
- Has strong project or programme management skills and experience using data to inform decisions
- Has a deep understanding of health inequalities and a commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive practice
