Bradford District and Craven Mind – service coordinator
BDC Mind are looking for a deputy service manager to support creative mental health services for local people.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Support the Service Manager to deliver a high-quality, safe service aligned with BDC Mind’s operational goals and values
- Lead and support staff and volunteers, including rota management, supervision support and maintaining service coverage
- Identify, respond to and escalate safeguarding and risk concerns, working closely with multi‑agency partners
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting service delivery and development within a health, social care, arts or mental health setting
- Can demonstrate ongoing professional development relevant to mental health, wellbeing or creative practice
- Is able to lead, motivate and support others with a positive, solution‑focused and inclusive approach
