Bradford District and Craven Mind – service coordinator 

Bradford District and Craven Mind are looking for a service coordinator to lead crisis support at their Safe Spaces service.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and support a team of crisis support workers to deliver safe, effective, person centred support. 
• Provide one to one support to people in crisis, helping them feel heard, safe and connected to ongoing support.
• Oversee day to day service delivery, including safeguarding, risk management and smooth running of shifts. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting people in mental health crisis or challenging situations. 
• Holds a relevant Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience) in health, social care or a related field. 
• Brings strong leadership, communication and organisation skills, with calm and supportive approach.
