Bradford District and Craven Mind - creative arts practitioner 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Support people with severe mental illness to access creative arts opportunities that improve wellbeing and connection.
• Work alongside partners to reduce barriers and help people find the right support for their needs. 
• Provide person centred support, including assessments and plans, to help people take positive steps in their recovery. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting people with mental health needs, particularly those with complex or severe conditions. 
• Brings a passion for the creative arts and understands their role in supporting wellbeing.
• Communicates with empathy and confidence, building inclusive relationships across diverse communities.
