How to register for the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2026

We have a set number of places in the half marathon. To secure one, click on the register button above. These places are £35, and we’ll ask you to raise at least £350.

You might already have a place in the Royal Parks Half, which you got through the ballot. If you’d like to use your place to raise money for Mind, you can. We’d love to have you on the team.

When is the Royal Parks Half Marathon?

The 2026 Royal Parks Half Marathon takes place on Sunday, 11 October 2026.

The scenic 13.1-mile course winds through world famous landmarks on closed roads. It also passes through four of London’s Royal Parks—Hyde Park, The Green Park, St James’s Park, and Kensington Gardens.

What time does the Royal Parks Half Marathon start?

The race day starts at 9am. Runners should arrive early to allow time to drop off bags, warm-up, and get to the start line.

Participants should know that there is a cut-off time of four hours from the start of the final wave.

How many people run the Royal Parks Half Marathon?

Approximately 16,000 runners take part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon each year. The event attracts many types of runner, from experienced athletes to those running for charity or personal reasons.
