Take on the 56 miles in February challenge for Mind!
This February challenge yourself to walk, jog, run, or wheel 56 miles and help raise vital funds for Mind.
Whether you’re braving the winter chill on city streets, finding calm on countryside trails, or clocking up miles on the treadmill, you can take it at your own pace — a couple of miles a day or longer stretches when it suits you. Every step you take helps ensure no one has to face a mental health problem alone.
And as you make a difference for others, you’ll be boosting your own physical and mental wellbeing at a time of year when it matters most. Let’s make every mile count this February!
Your challenge perks!
👕 A free Mind t-shirt. Once you've completed your registration and set up your fundraising page, we'll send you your official #TeamMind t-shirt - wear it with pride as you take on the challenge and show your support for mental health.
🎯 A free progress tracker. You'll receive it with your t-shirt to help you stay on track and keep an eye on your progress.
🏅 An exclusive medal. Raise £100 and you’ll receive your exclusive 56 miles in February medal as a special thank you!

How to sign up for 56 miles in February?
Registration is free and easy - just follow these simple steps:
- Join the Facebook group for the challenge.
- Complete the registration form in 'about' section.
- Set up your fundraising page - either on JustGiving or Facebook, whichever suits you better.
- No Facebook? No problem - use this form and set up a JustGiving page instead.
- Receive your free Mind t-shirt and mile tracker in the post.
- Start your challenge!
By joining the Facebook group, you'll be a part of an amazing community cheering you on every step of the way. Our friendly team will also be on hand to support you, offer tips and answer any questions.
How much do I have to fundraise?
Your fundraising page will automatically set a £100 target. But there's no minimum target for this challenge, so you can choose to increase, decrease or keep it as it is.
Your impact
You want a future where having a mental health problem doesn't mean waiting lists, stigma and isolation. Where the 1 in 4 of us with a mental health problem each year can get quality support. So do we! By taking on this challenge for Mind you'll be fighting to make that happen✊.
