York Mind seek a Service Manager to lead peer support and social prescribing services across wellbeing hubs.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and develop peer support and social prescribing services across York wellbeing hubs
• Manage and support team leaders within a multidisciplinary mental health partnership
• Work with partners to shape recovery-focused services for people with complex mental health needs

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has significant experience managing staff and services within frontline mental health settings
• Has experience supporting people with serious mental illness and managing safeguarding processes
• Is resilient, collaborative and able to manage complex situations and competing priorities
